Co-founder and vice-president of Future Collars a cutting-edge school of online programming and digital competence, awarded in the 2021 ranking of the top 25 Polish startups by My Company Poland. She has been involved in the communications industry for 20 years, as president of PR agency Headlines Porter Novelli. She has extensive experience in PR campaigns that have made a difference in public perceptions, opinions and behaviors, having won numerous awards from international and national juries. She holds a degree in humanities from Concordia University in Montreal.

She is also an initiator of campaigns organized by Future Collars to encourage and embolden women to enter the IT industry, including the Woman Update social campaign and the Women in IT Career Day conference and the IT Diversity Fund. She was a mentor in the 'Tech Leaders' programme and initiator of the 'Famous Experts' project, which aims to increase the participation and visibility of women in economic and social life. She was the organizer of the Polish edition of the Ada Lovelace Festival with programming workshops and technology debates with women in IT. She is also the publisher of the "Women in Technology" report presenting the 100 most influential women in the IT sector in Poland.
